May Ltd. builds unique, minimalist urban bikes, but how can May Ltd. identify the people most likely to be interested in purchasing expensive bikes, while overcoming attribution challenges due to long purchasing cycles of expensive products?
To identify the right audience and optimize accordingly we chose a custom data driven approach. Tracking the dwell-time of the shop visitor and using this signal for optimization, we were able to identify buying intent efficiently and combined it with retargeting to drive potential customers towards a transaction.
