Tchibo is one of the best-known employers with a strong employer brand. However, the multitude of career opportunities and the ever-increasing demands of young and (very) competitive employees make it difficult to reach them sustainably and influence them effectively.

So how do you position Tchibo as an exciting employer brand in the middle of a "war for talents"? And how do you manage to offer the right entry-level opportunities easily and accessible at the same time?

With the consistent use of social channels and the use of our  "Talent Questionnaire", we managed to bring Tchibo to its primary target audiences.
