Tchibo wants to reposition itself in the employee market and especially among "young talents" in order to present itself as a young, dynamic and attractive employer. In employer branding, budgets must be used in a very targeted manner to ensure the efficiency of the campaigns.
With so-called Talent Questionnaire Ads, an innovative solution was created to easily engage potential applicants with job-specific questions and pre-select them for Tchibo. Retargeting pools were built on the basis of the answers in the questionnaire. After the continuous filling of the retargeting pools, a direct and personalized retargeting with generic and concrete job offers could be started.
